What can an MBA do for me?

An MBA provides course participants with an opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills in all areas of business activity. It provides an opportunity to develop a theoretical knowledge base of leadership, management and, to some extent, practical application.

Students develop a knowledge and skill base in a broad range of areas underpinning businesses.

Participation in an MBA programme will also provide opportunities to extend your networks by working with fellow students on case studies, projects as well as through broader business links with experienced senior executives.

An MBA is not a one stop shop to career advancement. It will equip you with a library of knowledge and skills but it is how you apply these in the work environment that will lead to developments in your career. Employers are interested in how you can add value to their business.
